We All Need Somebody To Lean On

Can we just take a quick second and let me talk about how I have the absolute greatest friends ever. Like, forever ever. Ever, ever (Kanye West, 2005). We may be small in numbers, but dammit we are fierce. Jaylin and Kayla, whom I'll be living with next year, are my go-to girls. Guaranteed that you'll find me at their place every single weekend. If I didn't have them this semester I probably would've gone crazy and shaved my head. The end of the world, aka our move in date, is only 115 days away! I cannot wait to wake up to those beauties every single day. Then there is Kasey, or my future wife as I like to call her. Being in education together, working at the same place, AND both living at school over the summer, we see a lot of each other. But lesbihonest it still isn't enough time. I wouldn't have wanted to experience #RVTrip2k14 with anyone but her. That's right people, we take family vacations together. If that isn't romantic than I don't know what is. Speaking of family, Vanessa. She just texted me yesterday and tells me about how she showed up to my parents house and rang the doorbell. She says my dad opens up the door and says "Connie it's just Vanessa you don't have to put pants on." That makes my heart happy. Not only do I think of her as my sister/soulmate, my family feels the same way. Ever since 7th grade when she came to my school and was just herself, which is social, honest, carefree, and perfect, we've been inseparable. I feel that if a friendship has been able to last 8 years and two babies then we can make it 'til the end. I'm not sure what this means because I'm super lame but she is my ride or die.

I could list reasons for eternity about why I love all of these girls, plus tons of other people, but I would rather just chronicle some of our recent fun to show you why they are perfect, beautiful daisies.

Hello. In a bored moment in bed watching Netflix I decided that it may be fun to write a blog. So that is what I'm here to do. I'm going to shamelessly brag about the good things in my life because I love to talk about myself. It is a terrible habit so maybe if I do it here I will be less of an asshole and will talk less about myself to people in person. I'm sure everyone would appreciate that. I'm also going to tell you about the things in my life that can only be chalked up to #sydneyprobs - like the time I peppered sprayed myself or the time I pointed out that I had drooled on a guy in my sleep instead of just pretending it didn't happen like a normal person would do.
